This is the story of Billy
Billy wakes up, as miserable as possible. He’s lying in bed. That’s all he does now. He lays and waits for the inevitable to occur. His world will crash and crumble, literally, yet again. Little does he know that the cure for his infinite torture is closer than he thinks. The earth gets hit with the moon, causing Billy to wake up in his work office as demented and miserable as ever. That is until the hooded trench coat figure walks up behind Billy. “YOU!!” Billy exclaims. “Would you like a hint?” “HINT TO WHAT, YOUVE RUINED MY LIFE!!!” “Listen. If you survive at least one disaster, you’ll be free. You’ll wake up and your boring old life will contin-“ “PLEASEEEEEE I PICK THAT OPTION!!!!!!!” The figure chuckles, “Very well.” In an instant, Billy is transported to an open space. He’s locked into a wooden chair. It’s a simple rope tie. He’s sitting in a hillside mountain off the city coast off of providence Rhode Island. “I will stand here,” the figure says as they stand at attention a few feet in front of Billy. “If you can lay a finger on me while conscious, I’ll free you.” Billy thinks this is light work, honestly. The ropes are kind of tight, but no matter. He makes the move to stand up with the chair attached to his backside and make his way to the figure. Before Billy can make two steps, Billy is hit with a bottle of Sweet Baby Rays barbecue sauce at Mach 4 speeds. Billy seems to be indestructible, as he survives with no injuries. The pain, however, doesn’t get subsided. He feels every inch of pain as if he has ruptured his skull even though it’s still in tact. In fact, nothing has moved within the landscape. He’s been pushed about 100 miles into south farther down the beach coast, but he’s still in his wooden chair and it’s still in one piece. Billy spends hours screaming in agony, the pain is so immense, so intense, his entire body is full of pressure and pain. His face has turned blood red, but hasn’t dropped a single drop of it. He's going mentsally insane through the physical torment of the impact. The figure just stands still. They watch as Billy gets sent flying east. Billy is in vile, vile pain. He cant help but scream. Thats all hes doing. Standing on a beach laying in a chair on his side, being covered in mixes of sand, dirt, & water, screaming his absolute lungs out for forgiveness and freedom. The rule still stands, lay a finger on the figure, and Billy will be set free. After hours of struggling and suffering, Billy tries to gather the strength to stand up. This takes, not hours, but literal days. The pain was that immense. Although hes physically fine, he's undergoing the same feeling as if all of his bones were shattered. He somehow gains the strength to stand up on his chair legs whilst slowly moving towards The Figure. This takes a straight week & a half. Billys determination is unmatched, its a true testimate of the human mind & strength. 21 days, he counted.
Twenty-one days of being looked, starred at by passergoers & locals of Rhode Island. He smells rancid, his feet and legs are covered in sand and trash. He's sweating profusely due to the intense heat, he's been through hell. All alone with his characterless thoughts throughout the travel. The only thing on his mind is earning his freedom. He finally makes it within distance of The Figure. Billy expects The Figure, who he has dubbed Milo over his travel, to go easy on him. One would usually give remorse and respect to those who've been through atrocities like Billy. Billy lets out a devious smile. Surley, Milo will let Billy have this one. Billy extends his finger to reach Milo's trenchcoat. Within actual millimeters of distance between his finger and Milos coat, a single grain of sand hits Billy in the skull at mach 40 speeds. Billy is unconcious. He's sent flying at mach 37 speeds into the sky. Billy's trajectory is perfectly verticle. An actual 90 degree angle connection. Billy is still in one peice, so is the chair. Appearance wise, they've been untouched. Neurologically, Billy is suffering a grade 10 concussion and is undergoing serious and extremely violent head trauma. It only gets worse. Directly above Billy is a commercial airplane making its way to New York. Billy makes contact with the planes main engine, causing it to fly in a straight slowly decending line. Billy loses much speed during contact and is set it fall back down to the beach. And he does, 6 minutes of airtime later. When he connects with the beach, the sound is deafening. The impact is literally, deafening locals passing by. Their eardrums are obliterated. Now back to Billy. Billy is sitting with his head tucked 5 feet into the beaches sand. Only his legs appear on the surface. Milo hasnt moved a single inch. Billy is undergoing insane brain trauma & hemorage. All he hears is constant ringing. The ringing is actually driving him mad. It goes on for week upon weeks. Billy cant scream, or breathe. He's stuck in the sand until someone pulls him out and he'd be right to doubt Milo will be of any help. Milo stands as still as a statue. Not even his trenchcoat moves with the wind. Its uncanny. Billy tries to shimmy his way out of the sand hes inside of, when he realizes something. He has been submerged in sand for over 5 minutes now, yet he hasnt suffocated to death. His worst fear has finally been realized. Worse than an infinite death loop: immortality. NO, NO, NO, he thinks. This cant be it. Will he forever be stuck here until he completes Milos challenge? Little has he figured it out, but this isnt his world. This is a parallel universe to his. His true world is still stuck in an infinite loop, & their inhabitants are starting to realize it. Everytime their world gets destroyed, the same day replays over. Right now, everyone is starting to mass panic theyll stay this way forever. So is Billy. Billy has singlehandedly put not only himself, but every living person on his earth in purgatory. Billy hasnt realized that yet, but soon he will. He has all eternity to figure it out. He will stay this way for a long, long, long time.
And its all Billy's fault.
